Critiques are a necessary part of being in the visual arts. And like most aspects of anyone's personality, it's possible to take it too far.
On the positive side, being self-critical can lead one to relentlessly question one's work and drive improvements to new heights.
On the downside, it can lead to feelings of frustration and anger, and it can really kill one's productivity.
Just a thought for today :)
Back to the grind !
Another Monday, and up with the sun.
Hopefully next year my schedule will involve fewer early mornings!
But, for now, my cravings help inspire to make an ode to my favorite beverage ... COFFEE!
